Activated carbon

During the industrial painting process, these compounds are emitted into the air, producing strong and unpleasant odors. The activated carbon traps these molecules thanks to its high adsorptive capacity, helping to improve air quality and workplace safety.

We offer various types of activated carbon, selected based on the type of paint and the operating conditions of the system, to always ensure maximum effectiveness.

To complete the supply, we also provide containment cells and cartridges, available either empty for later filling or pre-loaded and ready for installation.

Die-cut cardboard filter cells represent an eco-friendly, ready-to-install solution, ideal for air filtration in paint booths and air handling units.

We offer a wide range of standard sizes, fully compatible with the booths of the main brands on the market, ensuring simple and immediate replacement.

Upon request, we also produce custom sizes for systems with specific needs or non-standard configurations.

When needed, we also provide mounting flanges, designed to allow secure and precise installation within the dedicated compartments of the AHU (Air Handling Unit).

Filter cells with metal frame

Galvanized sheet metal frame filter cells

The filter cells with galvanized sheet metal frame are designed to provide strength, stability, and long-lasting performance even under demanding operating conditions.
The metal structure gives rigidity and mechanical resistance, making them ideal for use in industrial plants and air handling units.

Inside the frame, filter media of various types are inserted, chosen based on the type of particulate to be captured and the environmental conditions in which the air is treated.

The cells can be flat or pleated, a solution that allows increased filter surface area and thus greater efficiency, lower pressure drop, and longer service life.

Thanks to the combination of quality materials and functional design, these cells represent a reliable and versatile solution for applications requiring structural strength and consistent performance.

Bag filters

Multi-pocket filters are available in synthetic fiber or fiberglass with a synthetic membrane, manufactured in various sizes and with different filtration efficiency classes to suit any system requirement. Depending on the application, they can be rigid-pocket or soft-pocket filters, both designed to ensure high dust-holding capacity and low pressure drop.

Synthetic fiber pockets

Multi-pocket filters consisting of a rigid metal frame and a variable number of synthetic fiber compartments with different efficiencies.

Glass microfiber pockets

Soft pockets with a metal frame for mounting to the system using dedicated flanges or rails. The filter media are made of fiberglass with various efficiencies (45% – 65% – 85% – 95%).

Rigid pockets

Pocket filters composed of a plastic frame and a pleated filter media, which doubles the surface area in contact with particulates, ensuring high airflow and improved pressure drop performance.

High-efficiency and absolute filters

This type of filter is commonly used in the food, medical, and pharmaceutical sectors, where extremely high air purity standards and maximum hygiene conditions are required.

The absolute filters ensure very high or total filtration efficiencies, capturing extremely fine particulates such as bacteria, environmental dust, microfibers, and spores, thus contributing to the maintenance of controlled and sterile environments.

Filter media

We offer a wide range of filter media, made from synthetic fiber and fiberglass, to meet every filtration need in the industrial and painting sectors. These materials are commonly used for the production of pre-filters, filter cartridges, general-purpose bags, and panels for the ceilings of paint booths, ensuring good dust-holding capacity and consistent permeability over time. The filter media are available both as pre-cut panels, ready for installation, and in rolls of various heights (from 0.50 to 2 meters) for more flexible use during production or maintenance. Thanks to their versatility, ease of cutting, and wide selection of weights and efficiencies, they provide a practical and reliable solution for a multitude of industrial applications.
